The Assyria

was established in
Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1997 so that the ancient
Assyrian culture and proud ancestral language may be preserved and
maintained.
The Assyrian Cultural Association of Canada - Nohra Assyrian
Media Online
is a self-sufficient Assyrian media association that is
independent of all political, ideological or religious
organizations and/or movements.
The Assyrian Cultural Association of Canada
is committed to serving the various diverse Assyrian communities
throughout the Diaspora. In order to accomplish this efficiently
and effectively, we are committed to maintaining the highest
standards of journalistic integrity. We support democratic
ideals and the freedom of speech, with the caveat that no
fundamental personal rights of any individual, race or
cultural group are infringed upon. Works with prejudicial
material, racist vocabulary or images, or explicitly
graphic images or vocabulary of a violent or sexual nature
are strict
ly prohibited.

endeavours, including

airs from the McMaster University CFMU
studios in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on Saturday evenings at
